We install required component of bio gas system at your location in a manner best suit to physical environment of your location. We recommend quality materials for the installation also.


After Activation..
Once we activate your digester with the mixture of cow dung and other necessary ingredients it take few hours/days to produce gas. It depending on the quality of the cow-dung and other environmental factors affecting on your digester. After the activation, you should wait for the production of gas and the lifting of the gas collector. The ideal temperature would be 270C – 300C.

What can you put in to the digester
Everything of food scraps from rice, vegetables, fruits, meat/fish, eggshells, cooking oil, and any other non-rotten “wet” food waste.
There is no much maintenance required on your bio gas unit. The only thing owners must do, depending on the size of the system, feed properly, mix the digester and remove the slurry regularly. Annually change the iron wool inside the H2S filter.
For the digestion of your unit to be successful some vital conditions must exist:
- An average day/ night environmental temperature should be 270C-300C.
- Never exceed the maximum daily input of organic matter.
- Keeping the system’s pH in the optimal range.
- The system must be feed water with food every day as per the recommended quantity.
- Remove the liquid Fertilizer daily.
